What’s new in Klaviyo: November feature releases
New features to help you personalize and measure your marketing.
The holiday season is upon us, which means we’re in the final stretch of the busy season.
From enhanced security settings to allow admin or owner to reset multi-factor authentication for all users to our completely redesigned flow builder, we’ve added new tools to help your team end the year strong and grow even more in 2024.
5 top features this month
Instantly create AI-powered drafts for product review replies using Klaviyo reviews
You can now use AI to generate responses to your customers’ product reviews with the click of a button. When any new review comes in, Klaviyo’s AI will automatically generate a series of personalized replies you can choose from– saving you time and helping you respond to customers faster.
Identify conversion gaps with multi-step form analytics
The sign-up form analytics page now displays completion rate at each step in your multi-step forms. This can help you easily identify where visitors drop off so you can optimize your forms and build re-engagement segments.
Easily create new segments and standardize your data with Klaviyo CDP
We are continuing to add new features and tools within Klaviyo CDP to help you easily turn your business insights into action – including adding a selection menu for data standardization and the ability to create segments directly from your recency, frequency, and monetary value (RFM) analysis.
Measure and improve your brand’s deliverability
The new deliverability score can help you monitor your sender reputation, and better understand how inbox providers may view your brand. Plus, get personalized recommendations to help you improve your score over time.
