As 2024 comes to a close, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it’s been. Together with our customers, we’ve tackled challenges, unlocked opportunities, and launched new features that made lives easier and businesses stronger.

At Klaviyo, innovation is fueled by listening to you—our customers—and delivering what you need most. Today, we’re excited to share a look back at some of the standout features of the year, as chosen by the leaders from our product, design, and voice of the customer teams who helped bring them to life.

Let’s celebrate the features you loved, the problems they solved, and the people behind the magic.

Portfolio

What it does: Portfolio management lets customers view reporting and billing across multiple brands while seamlessly managing campaigns, flows, segments, and other objects across accounts.

Why it matters: This game-changing feature empowers customers to manage complex business needs with ease.

The people behind it: “This feature has been life-changing for our customers,” says Jenna Donahue, product manager at Klaviyo. “It’s amazing to see how it’s simplifying workflows and delivering value. I’m incredibly proud to have worked on it.”

“My team constantly tracks customer feedback, and I’m thrilled to say Klaviyo shipped solutions for 15 out of the top 20 customer requests this year,” adds Kelly Woodruff, senior manager of Klaviyo’s voice of the customer team. “Portfolio was one of the most requested, and the response has been incredible. Customers are loving the ability to centralize reporting and streamline account management—it’s a huge time saver.”

Scheduled flows

What it does: Scheduled flows allows marketers to activate and deactivate flows on a schedule, eliminating late-night logins for major events like Black Friday.

Why it matters: Since its release, this feature has been used over 1,000 times daily and peaked at 3,000 triggers on Cyber Monday, proving its value during critical marketing moments.

The people behind it: “One of my favorite things to come out of this release was scheduled flows becoming a meme—shoutout to Erin D.,” says Gil Hsu, product manager at Klaviyo. “We’re so happy we could get you this feature in time for BFCM.”

Reputation repair AI

What it does: Reputation repair AI automatically fixes bad email deliverability by segmenting sends, re-engaging audiences, and rebuilding sender reputations.

Why it matters: With over 20,000 customers using this feature to send 100,000+ campaigns, the impact of this feature is undeniable.

The people behind it: “With Reputation repair AI, you can sit back and let Klaviyo do the heavy lifting,” says Blake Samper, product manager at Klaviyo. “My favorite story? A customer’s deliverability score jumped from 30 to its highest level in two years in just one month.”

RFM action center

What it does: The RFM action center provides data-driven recommendations and step-by-step guidance for setting up impactful campaigns in minutes.

Why it matters: Customers save time and see immediate revenue boosts.

The people behind it: “Our RFM action center is a game-changer for saving time and driving results quickly,” says Anna Khomenko, product manager at Klaviyo. “Our customers love it—most complete at least 2 actions and see additional revenue right away.”

International expansion

What it does: Klaviyo’s internationalization efforts brought the platform to 6 new languages in 2024, including French and Korean.

Why it matters: Global growth means more businesses can benefit from Klaviyo.

The people behind it: “One customer even told me that using Klaviyo in French helped her master complex features,” says Ben Brophy, product designer at Klaviyo. “This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for what’s next!”

Automated Conversations (beta)

What it is: Automated Conversations enables personalized, two-way SMS experiences for marketing and service use cases, like product finders and satisfaction surveys.

Why it matters: This level of SMS personalization creates opportunities for deeper, more meaningful engagement with SMS subscribers.

The people behind it: “We had hundreds of businesses request this feature when it was announced,” says Wafaa Muhammad, product manager at Klaviyo. “Our beta participants have told us that it already surpasses competitor offerings.”

2024: a year to remember

2024 was a year of growth, creativity, and meaningful progress. Whether it was Portfolio simplifying workflows, scheduled flows saving marketers time, or reputation repair AI delivering measurable results, every update we shipped had you in mind.

We couldn’t do any of this without our incredible customers and teams. Your feedback, ideas, and partnership inspire us every day.

Here’s to celebrating what we accomplished together—and to building even more powerful tools in 2025.

We can’t wait to see what’s next!
